Tere.
Peale pikka meilivahetust Garmini tootjaga(kirjeldasin probleemi, pärisin lahendusi) sain sellise vastuse(maakeelne kokkuvõte)-
Minu postituse lõpus on paar linki kus sama probleemi on lahatud mitte-riigikeeles.
Järgneb muutumatul kujul mulle saadetud vastus.
Dear Mihkel Schasmin,
We do not recommend using the
Astro handheld around cb radios with
wattage greater than 40watts. And, Astros should maintain a distance of
8+ ft from anyone who uses high powered radios. The distance is
greater, and the wattage lower, if the receiver is using a long range
antenna. So in this instance, it is possible the problem could be when
you are using the magnetic antenna and your 25 watt car transmitter.
Typically, if using a magnetic antenna or long range handheld antenna
with the
Astro, I recommend keeping a distance of 16-20ft minimum.
If your current
Astro is now having range issues with the collars, it
will likely need to come in to be serviced. Judging from the last
repair, this device would be outside of the warranty period and a flat
repair rate of $150 (plus tax if applicable) would apply. This will
cover any and all issues with your current unit, and includes updating
software, return shipping, and provides your return unit with a 90 day
warranty.
If you have not done so already, please register your device here:
https://my.garmin.com/mygarmin/marketing/register.htm. It is important to have your unit registered so that in the unlikely
event your device is separated from the paper work, or lost in the mail,
we will have a record of the serial number in question.
If you would like to arrange an order please confirm a completely
shipping address and phone number you would like used; as well as the
serial number of the
Astro.
When I receive this information, I will e-mail you the address, your RMA
number, (and any additional payment instructions) to have the unit
shipped back to us for the repair. We cannot guarantee GPS data
recovery, if at all possible, please backup your GPS before sending it
to us. From the time that we receive the unit, we should have a
replacement unit back to you in approximately 10-14 business days.
***IMPORTANT*** Please remove batteries and data cards. Do not send
cords or accessories. Any additional equipment sent with the device
will not be returned.
With Best Regards,
